Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. We decided to eat here on a Friday evening after we were married in Eureka Springs. We arrived about an hour before closing and were seated right away. The hostess and our waitress were very nice and did a wonderful job. There were four of us and we were all impressed. The bleu cheese dressing was to die for. Three of us had the prime rib and one had the ribeye. They were all cooked to perfection and had wonderful flavor. The whole meal was great. One of the best meals of my life.–Great Reviewer
I have lived in NYC, LA and travelled around Europe and South America and Carribean, and I have to say in 20yrs this is definitely the best! The Prime Rib is MELT in your mouth! Who would think Cream of Mushroom Soup could be sooo delectable? The special appetizers we had were "home runs"......We will go there every trip to Eureka Springs! There are a lot of restaurants to choose from in Eureka Springs, and it could be quite an ordeal finding "the" place to try when you are there for a short time. My wife and I have been visitors for years, and have found a few gems worth going back for seconds. Gaskins is one of them. Set in a cabin built in the 1860s, it definitely has atmosphere. The quality of food is very good. The chef (Mark) is pretty much a fixture, so taste and presentation are consistent. We have never walked away disappointed. The prime rib is the headliner, so consider this when ordering. If beef is not your thing, the new owners (Bert and Lisa) offer a diverse and seasonal menu, and throw in specials as an added bonus.–Little Rock, Arkansas
We were a little unsure of eating at a Steakhouse just north of Eureka Springs. But we had one of the best meals ever here. The Service was fantastic, the atomosphere was warm and cozy. We left feeling completely satisfied and happy. The steak was incredible. They also have salmon, shrimp and other items. Their dressings and desserts are homemade. We will recomment this place to anyone!!!!!! Look forward to going back.–Murphy, Texas
